You may not use our services for spam, phishing, email/SMS servers, unauthorized bots, adult content, or any malicious activity. Automation or trading bots (e.g. MT4/MT5, emulators, validator tools) are allowed only if legal in your country and you have submitted valid documentation. Misuse of trademarks or impersonation for fraud results in termination and data removal.
Instant activation after payment via email verification. Access (VPS/RDP, hosting, software) is granted upon confirmation. Portal: my.multexpk.com — invoices, KYC, services.
Suspended services: data retained 6 months. Canceled: data deleted immediately. We monitor system usage for fair access and abuse prevention.
No refunds on VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration/renewal, or software licenses. Cancel via the billing portal. Unused services are not refunded. Custom/enterprise orders require full prepayment. Full detail: Refund Policy.
Registrations and renewals are non-refundable. You are responsible for renewing before expiry.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes (incl. federal/provincial sales tax in Pakistan). Unpaid liability lies with the customer.
