Instant activation after payment + email verification. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds once a service is activated, delivered or downloaded.
VPS/RDP (instant), domains (register/renew), dedicated servers, custom software/installs, SaaS/licensed software, SSL certificates, add-ons (CodeGuard, SiteLock, custom installs), anything with instant non-reversible access. Admin fees, sales tax and processor charges are never refunded.
Wrong or duplicate charge? Open a billing ticket within 3 working days at my.multexpk.com — verified overpayments are refunded or wallet-credited.
Prices exclude federal/provincial taxes (added as separate invoice line). Taxes and processing fees are non-refundable.
Chargeback without contacting support first violates this policy: immediate suspension + termination. Fraud is reported to processors, card issuers/banks and law enforcement.
No refunds after auto-renewal. Manage cancellations in the portal before renewal date; reminder emails are courtesy only.
No refunds once registered/renewed. Renewal reminders are courtesy — expiry losses are your responsibility.
Request via my.multexpk.com. Accrued fees remain due. We may cancel unfulfillable orders within 30 days (only the unprocessed order is refunded).
